First Miller Homes Project Takes Shape at Aspen Row

Tom Keane, Owner and MD at GRS Contractors, made time this week to visit the Aspen Row site at Omega Warrington - a project that marks GRS's first partnership with Miller Homes.

"There's only so much you learn from a report," said Keane.

"Standing there, watching the plots take shape, talking to the lads actually doing the work — that's where you feel how a job is really going. And the standard being put in is high. Proper credit to the whole team."

The Omega Warrington scheme represents a significant step for GRS as it builds its relationship with Miller Homes, one of the UK's leading housebuilders.

"This one means a bit more to us. We know what an opportunity working with Miller Homes represents, and seeing the effort going into getting it right gives me a lot of confidence in where this business is heading," Keane added.

Regular site visits remain a priority for Keane, who values staying close to the operational side of the business.

"Getting out to sites and speaking to the team is genuinely the best part of the job. It keeps me connected to the work on the ground - right at the cutting edge of what we actually do."

Work at Aspen Row continues, with GRS keen to build on the relationship with Miller Homes across future schemes.
