GRS has been appointed to deliver a huge pump station scheme in Deeside for two of the UK's most respected housebuilders: Anwyl Homes and Bellway Homes. The appointment follows a change in contractor on the scheme, with both clients turning to GRS to step in, take ownership and deliver. 

GRS has been working alongside Haydock Park Racecourse on behalf of and in partnership with Rowland Homes for some time now - delivering a major residential infrastructure scheme on the development adjacent to the course. GRS Civil Engineers has been appointed to deliver the roads and sewers package at Pepper Lane, Standish, for a new residential development by Persimmon Homes. This appointment further cements a growing partnership with one of the UK’s largest national housebuilders, marking the second simultaneous contract alongside active delivery at Jack Walker Way in Blackburn.

GRS Contractors, the St Helens-based civil engineering specialists, has been appointed by Rowland Homes to deliver Phases 3 and 4 of Royal Gardens – a residential development in Bispham, near Blackpool – further cementing a long-standing working relationship between the two businesses. 

GRS, a leading civil engineering contractor in the North West, has been awarded the full infrastructure package at Omega, Warrington - one of the most sought-after residential schemes in the region - marking the company's first contract win with national housebuilder Miller Homes.

On Persimmon’s Bromborough scheme, GRS was appointed to deliver the roads and civils package on a programme that demanded speed, flexibility and absolute control on site.
