GRS Drone captures the tarmac going down

Roads are down at Royal Gardens in Bispham and the 200-home Rowland Homes development is now taking real shape.

GRS has been on site since early groundworks, turning raw ground into a fully tarmacked access road that forms the backbone of the scheme. Aerial imagery of the site shows the finished road curving through the development, with Blackpool Tower and the coastline visible on the skyline beyond.

It's a site GRS knows well. The team has worked closely with Rowland Homes throughout, delivering the groundworks and infrastructure that every other trade on site now builds from.

"Getting the roads down is one of those milestones that changes how a site feels," said Operations Manager Adam Ormesher.

"It's the point where a development stops looking like a construction site and starts looking like somewhere people are going to live."

With the road network close to completion, the next phase of works at Royal Gardens will see plot construction begin in earnest, as Rowland Homes moves toward delivering the rest of its package.
