GRS returns to the Griffin regeneration as Witton Chase infrastructure works begin

GRS Contractors is on site at Witton Chase in Blackburn, delivering the roads, sewers and groundworks package for the second phase of the Griffin regeneration, working in partnership with McDermott Homes.

It’s the infrastructure package everything else on the site will be built on top of: the roads, the drainage, the buried work that goes in first and gets noticed last.

GRS has worked with McDermott Homes for years. This isn’t a first meeting or a tender win off the back of a pitch deck - it’s a relationship that’s been tested across multiple phases and multiple sites.
