GRS Secures Major Infrastructure Contract at Northern Gateway Development in Deeside.

GRS SECURES STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURE WIN AT NORTHERN GATEWAY

GRS has been awarded the comprehensive roads and sewers package for the Northern Gateway development in Deeside. This landmark appointment on behalf of Persimmon Homes and Bellway Homes further expands GRS’s strategic portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects across the North West and North Wales.

Foundations for a New Community

The Northern Gateway scheme is a critical component of the Flintshire Local Plan, representing one of the most significant strategic sites in the region. The broader masterplan calls for the delivery of 1,300 new homes and 200 acres of employment land, positioning the development as a major contributor to regional economic growth.

GRS is currently on-site delivering enabling works, with the site compound being established in preparation for the main construction phase commencing in November.
