Impressive Street scene at Ash Tree Fold for Rowland Homes

Street scenes are taking shape and plots are coming out of the ground at Ash Tree Fold, Haydock, as GRS Civil Engineers continues its full groundworks package for Rowland Homes.

The North West civil engineering contractor is handling every element of the infrastructure package: plots, roads, sewers and drainage on the live residential scheme.

It's the kind of end-to-end delivery GRS has built its reputation on: taking a housebuilder's site from groundworks through to roads ready for adoption, without the client needing to bring in multiple contractors.

Tom Keane, Owner and Managing Director of GRS, said: "We said we'd deliver the full package for Rowland Homes at Ash Tree Fold, and that's exactly what our team is doing.

"Plots, roads, sewers, drainage - when we take on a scheme, we take it all on. That's what our clients expect from us, and it's what keeps them coming back."

The Haydock scheme adds to a growing list of housebuilder partnerships for GRS across the North West, with the firm continuing to work on live sites for a number of major developers.
