Next generation; careers; experience

Sixty years of experience. A team built to carry it forward.

GRS Civil Engineers has spent six decades delivering civil engineering projects across the region, but a business built on legacy doesn't stand still. It grows the people who'll carry that legacy forward.
That's the thinking behind GRS's new strapline: Ready for What's Next.
It's not just a line. It's a commitment to bringing the next generation of civil engineers through the business - training them properly, developing their skills on real projects, and making sure the knowledge that's taken decades to build doesn't disappear when experienced hands eventually step back.
Many of GRS's longest-serving team members have been with the business for decades. Rather than letting that expertise stay locked in individual experience, GRS is actively structuring it into development - pairing experienced engineers with newer team members, building dependable working relationships, and giving younger engineers a genuine route into the trade.
Tom Keane, MD and Owner of GRS Civil Engineers, said:
"We don't rest on what we've delivered over the past 60 years. We're winning work for the future, and that means bringing our people through with it. Some of our team have been with us for decades, and we make sure that knowledge doesn't leave with them — it gets handed down. That's how you develop some of the best civil engineers in the business, and it's exactly why we're ready for what's next."
GRS Civil Engineers continues to deliver civil engineering projects for public and private sector clients, with a growing team built on the same standards that have defined the business since it began.
