GRS was commissioned by Persimmon Homes to deliver the core infrastructure for
Riverside Park, a landmark new residential development in Bromborough, Wirral.
Situated on an 18-acre brownfield site off Southwood Road, the scheme represented a
significant regeneration opportunity, as we helped transform a former office park into a
dynamic new neighbourhood featuring 217 high-quality homes
GRS is undertaking a comprehensive civil engineering package, ensuring that all works
meet adoptable standards set by the local highways and water authorities while
providing long-term resilience for future residents.
