THE OBJECTIVE

Miners Gate is a residential development delivered by McDermott Homes, with GRS appointed to deliver the full civil engineering package across the scheme. The appointment continues GRS's strong track record of working with quality regional housebuilders across the North West, bringing the same approach to every project which is programme certainty, technical expertise, and delivery to the highest standard.

Full civil engineering package delivered by GRS - roads and sewers, groundworks and externals

Delivered for McDermott Homes as part of an ongoing regional partnership

Single-contractor accountability across all disciplines

Completed on programme to GRS's established standard of quality. The GRS team are due back in a few months to carry out more works as the site expands.

I find the quality of the work they produce very good, and what makes it easy for us is that they are so approachable and they have great gangs that deliver for us – and that's the main thing.
