THE OBJECTIVE

GRS has been appointed to deliver the roads and sewers package at the Northern Gateway development in Deeside - a landmark scheme that will shape the future of housing and economic growth in Flintshire, North Wales.

THE EXECUTION

GRS is responsible for the full roads and sewers package across the Northern Gateway site, encompassing the design and construction of adoptable highway infrastructure, foul and surface water drainage networks, sewer connections and lateral drainage, enabling works and site establishment, and coordination with statutory authorities and utility providers.
